The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making

The bakery downstairs offers delicious pastries.
I stayed in a Double Room that felt excessively cramped, making it hard to navigate with luggage. The absence of a guest lounge was truly frustrating, as the only social space was a bar counter with stools near a laundry area which didn't cater to comfort. To top it off, I found it ridiculous that the checkout time was a daunting 10:00 AM, especially after a late 3:00 PM check-in, leaving me with a compressed schedule.

During my stay, I was truly impressed by the warmth of the staff, making me feel instantly at home. The room was spacious compared to what you typically find in Japan, allowing for a comfortable experience. The location was fantastic, with Nara Park just a short stroll away—definitely a highlight for my sightseeing adventure. I indulged in the delightful Japanese Western-style breakfast, setting a positive tone for my days in the city.

great location with comfy rooms
The quaint little street leading up to the hotel offered a charming ambiance. Our quadruple room was spacious, allowing us to unpack comfortably and relax. The short walk to Kintetsu Nara Station was delightful, enriching our exploration of the local shopping alley and temples. The city view from our room elevated the experience, providing a picturesque backdrop during our stay.
However, the breakfast selection felt quite basic with just a slice of thick toast and a topping.

Had a fantastic time with friends! It was great being so close to the shopping alley and only a short walk to the park and temples. We enjoyed a nice breakfast each morning with thick toast and toppings. The location made exploring the area super easy, which was a big plus for us!
The only downside was that our room felt a bit cramped, especially with our luggage. It worked for our needs, but I can see smaller rooms being challenging for larger groups.

I stayed in a Queen Room for 4 nights. The room was comfy, but it did feel a bit dated, and there was a draft that could get annoying if it were colder. The TV was on the smaller side, and the toilet felt a bit cramped. On the bright side, the AC worked well, and the shower was just fine. Overall, not the most modern setup, but it was okay for resting after exploring Nara!

The location is fantastic, making it easy for my family to explore Nara, especially Nara Park. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, and having cookies waiting for us in the room was a delightful surprise for my teenage daughter.
My wife says that the luggage space was limited. it would be great if they added storage options for families.
